Shipping Policy:

Orders for in-stock items typically take 1-5 business days to process before they ship – excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during periods of heavy traffic. You will be sent an email confirmation with the tracking number when your order ships.

All orders placed outside the EU will be subject to duties and taxes that depend on the destination of the parcel.

We are still shipping parcels globally. Currently, our delivery partners are experiencing minor delays in some specific regions with orders reaching destinations as normal. For queries or concerns around how your country is affected, please contact our customer service team.

Customs and Tax:

If you are purchasing products in a country where there may be customs charges, taxes and other surcharges, please contact your local agency to get an accurate estimate of these charges. Any customs charges, import duties or surcharges will be assessed upon entry to your country and are your responsibility to pay. Customs charges are non-refundable.
